My professional journey began in the world of corporate identity, a field that became increasingly significant in the early 2000s as retail started reshaping our lives and cities. Back then, discussing retail wasn’t just about brand recognition and customer experience, but about transforming industries—whether it was dining, automotive, fashion, or even healthcare.
An unexpected twist led me into the thrilling world of administrative law at a top-tier law firm. It turns out that one of my hidden passions is the law: who knew that a courtroom could be part of healthcare journey which such drive and passion?

This legal chapter eventually guided me into the healthcare sector, where I had the privilege of leading Delta Medica, a private healthcare company, through a remarkable growth story. Under my leadership, Delta Medica evolved into a network of private centers, welcoming 160,000 patients annually.
Over the course of 12 extraordinary years, Delta Medica became a leader in preventive healthcare and introduced pioneering technological innovations.
We were the first healthcare provider to integrate data with wearable devices, and our collaboration with Garmin set a healthtech milestone that remains influential today.
Since merging with the Cerba HealthCare Group in 2017, the story has only gotten more exciting. From my first day in 2005 to today, the company has grown to serve millions of people.
As the CEO of Cerba HealthCare Italia, I lead a team of professionals who are nothing short of healthcare superheroes. We believe in teamwork: we may not solve every problem, but we certainly don’t disappear when problems arise.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted father to two amazing daughters, Sophie and Annabelle, and Raoul, a flat-coated retriever who believes he’s the third child. I’m passionate about sports and can often be found either sailing or riding my motorcycle.
The soundtrack of my life is the music of Fabrizio De André, whose verses on freedom, peace, and ethics have been my constant companions, especially during family road trips.
Leading Cerba HealthCare Italia through the acquisition of Lifebrain felt like assembling a dream team in health tech, further solidifying our position in Italy.
Since 2022, we’ve been the official lab partner of Inter Milan, showcasing our commitment to combining medicine, technology, and sports.
We’ve also pioneered the use of drones to transport biological samples in Milan, proving that the sky is no longer the limit when it comes to healthcare innovation.
Concerned by the statist drift that occurred in many countries during the pandemic, I continue to strongly believe in the role of private initiative in healthcare, advocating for preventive, personalized, and digital medicine. I stand for apolitical healthcare, where we constantly ensure that the boundaries of human and professional ethics are never crossed.
